The "LINK" Interval Training (LIT) class is for intermediate to advanced clients that have surpassed Level 1. Not for the faint of heart, LIT will push you past your fitness limits and reveal potential you never knew you had. This class uses advanced strength equipment and progressive exercises to achieve maximum results. ALREADY A FITNESS FANATIC? THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!
