The Functional Interval Training (FIT) class is a beginner to intermediate level class utilizing both bodyweight and strength equipment to improve strength, power, and endurance. Research shows that interval training, workouts in which you alternate periods of high-intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods, increases fitness and burns more calories as opposed to regular cardio. Whether you're a novice or experienced, you WIL level up your workout routine.
